Intent Manager
Quintegro develops products for US-based clients — from startups to Fortune 500 companies. We are responsible for the full cycle of the product - from design to development, testing, support and DevOps / CI / CD, and often participate in the development of product strategy and product management. We also serve as an innovation center for fast and high-quality creation of MVP and proof of concept, including for companies that have their own development teams, but need a more dynamic and agile approach to the project.
If you embrace autonomous, broad work with modern AI tools and want to help redefine what product management looks like in the age of agents — weʼd love to talk.
Key Responsibilities
Intent Manager owns the why in the product development cycle — business goals, stakeholder relationships, and outcome measurement.

- Translates customer signal into input for Product Engineers who deliver production-grade features and products
- Resolves ambiguity when Product Engineers’ specs or implementation diverge from BRD intent
